Under this plan benefits are easy to use. Simply choose your contract Delta Dentist from 1000’s and make your appointment. There is no billing or paperwork to fill out. Later if you want to change your contract dentist simply contact Delta Dental by phone, writing or email.
To encourage you to see your dentist every six months your plan includes regular checks without any deductibles or copays. In fact many services are free and others have a copay as outlined in your detailed description of benefits.
Once you sign up you will get your welcome package with your dental card and all necessary information.
If you need to see a specialist your contract dentist will refer to a local provider. If there is not any approved Delta Dental specialist available near you then a non-approved specialist will be chosen at no extra cost to you.
You can have peace of mind knowing emergency services are covered. If the contract dentist is not available requiring you to use another dentist there is no extra charge to you.
At Delta Dental the health of your month is always placed first and that is why our plan has no pre-existing conditions or waiting periods. Although treatments already started before your policy date are not covered such as prep work for crown, bridges, etc.
Some commonly asked for benefits that are included are teeth whitening and using teeth colored materials.
Lastly customer service is only a phone call away with multilingual agents eager to help you maintain a health mouth.
